What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website or application places on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit or use it. Cookies are widely used to make websites and applications function, to improve performance, and to provide information to the operator.

Cookies on the Public Website
The public Website (rightomation.com.au and associated marketing pages) is largely static. We use minimal or no cookies on the public Website.
Where cookies are used on the public Website, they are first-party only and limited to one or more of the following purposes:
- basic site function and security; and
- limited first-party analytics, if and when enabled.
The public Website does not require you to log in or create an account. We do not set session-login, authentication, or account-management cookies on the public Website.
If we introduce additional cookies on the public Website, we will update this Cookie Policy before doing so.
Cookies on the Authenticated Platform
When you log in to and use the authenticated Platform (FormSight, PrimalAudit, TruckSight, or related products), we use essential first-party cookies to operate your account and keep it secure. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use the Platform.
Essential first-party cookies on the Platform may include cookies used for:
- maintaining your authenticated session so you remain logged in while using the Platform;
- security functions, including protecting your session from unauthorised access; and
- storing your preferences and settings within the Platform.
Sub-processor cookies. Sub-processors engaged to deliver the Services - such as payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers - may also set or access cookies or similar identifiers on the Platform as necessary to provide those services. These cookies are set by the relevant sub-processor for the purpose of delivering the specific service they provide (for example, processing a payment transaction) and are not used by Rightomation for advertising or profiling purposes.
We do not use cookies on the Platform for behavioural advertising, cross-site tracking, or building advertising profiles.
What We Do Not Use
As a matter of company policy, Rightomation does not use any of the following on the Website or Platform:
- third-party advertising networks or advertising cookies;
- social media tracking pixels, including Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or TikTok Pixel;
- cross-site behavioural tracking or remarketing tags, including Google Ads remarketing tags;
- third-party marketing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar tools; or
- any cookie or similar technology used to build advertising audiences or profiles based on your browsing behaviour.
If this policy changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where practicable, notify you before any such change takes effect.
Technical Server Logging
Separately from cookies, our servers automatically collect certain technical information when you access the Website or Platform. This is server-side logging and does not involve cookies placed on your device.
Server logs may include:
- your IP address;
- browser type and version (user-agent string);
- session timestamps and access times;
- pages visited and features accessed;
- HTTP request data (URL, method, response code, referrer); and
- error and exception logs.
This information is collected for security monitoring, diagnosing technical issues, and operating the Website and Platform. It is not used for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Technical log data is retained for a limited period consistent with our security and operational needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Your Choices
Browser settings. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:

Effect of disabling cookies on the Platform. Essential cookies on the authenticated Platform are required for the Platform to function. If you disable or delete essential cookies, you may not be able to log in to or use the Platform. Disabling cookies on the public Website will not affect your ability to view the Website.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing not be tracked. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to Do Not Track signals. We do not currently alter our practices in response to Do Not Track signals, but we will review this position as standards develop.
Cookies and Personal Information
Some cookies and similar technologies may collect or be associated with personal information (for example, an IP address or a session identifier linked to your account). Where this is the case, that information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://rightomation.com.au/privacy-policy.html.
Our Privacy Policy explains your rights to access and correct personal information we hold about you, how to make a complaint, and how to escalate a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you are not satisfied with our response.
